1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vedor Labs ("the Service"), operated at vedorlabs.com and app.vedorlabs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vedor Labs provides a web-based platform for managing and automating CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) accounts across self-hosted virtual machines. The Service includes features such as drop farming, armory pass management, inventory tracking, headless crafting, and account monitoring.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

6. Self-Hosted Infrastructure

The Service is designed to work with your own self-hosted virtual machines and hardware. Vedor Labs does not provide hosting infrastructure. You are solely responsible for your VMs, their configuration, uptime, and any costs associated with running them.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Steam, CSFloat, and others. Vedor Labs is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, CSFloat, or any other third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Vedor Labs is not responsible for any actions taken by third parties against your accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vedor Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or access to accounts on third-party platforms.

9. Disclaimer

Vedor Labs does not guarantee any specific results, profits, or outcomes from using the Service. Market prices, drop rates, and game mechanics are controlled by third parties and may change at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
