Steam account data: When you connect Steam accounts to the Service, we store account credentials (encrypted), Steam Guard tokens, and game-related data (inventory, match history, drops, XP, armory pass progress) necessary to operate the automation features.

Usage data: We collect logs related to job execution, machine status, and Service usage for debugging and performance monitoring.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data on our marketing website (vedorlabs.com), including page views, traffic sources, and device information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including running automation jobs on your behalf.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To send notifications you have configured (Telegram, Discord, email).
• To monitor and improve Service performance and reliability.

Your data is stored on secured servers. Steam account credentials are encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The automation features run on your own self-hosted machines. Data processed on your VMs (game sessions, local logs) stays on your infrastructure. Vedor Labs communicates with your machines through our API for job coordination and status reporting.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us for removal.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
